Free pharmacy bill maker for medical stores
Bill medicines the way chemists must: batch number, expiry, manufacturer and MRP on every line, the patient and doctor at the top, and the right note for Schedule H and H1 medicines. GST is worked out from the MRP for you. No login, nothing sent to anyone.
How to make a pharmacy bill here
- Type your store details once. Store name, address, phone, GSTIN if registered, your drug licence numbers and the registered pharmacist’s name. They print at the top of every bill.
- Add the patient and doctor. Patient name, age, phone and address, and the prescribing doctor with registration number. For a walk-in sale of ordinary medicines you can leave the doctor empty.
- Add each medicine. Name and strength, manufacturer, batch number, expiry month, quantity, MRP and discount. Saved medicines come up as suggestions with their MRP, manufacturer and schedule; batch and expiry you type from the strip in hand.
- Mark schedule drugs. Pick Schedule H, H1 or X on the line. The bill then needs the doctor’s name and prints the matching note; H1 lines also go into the H1 register.
- Check the warnings. An expired medicine stops the bill. Medicines expiring within 30 days are flagged so you can tell the patient.
- Save, then print or share. Print on A5, A4 or an 80 mm thermal roll, or press Share to send the PDF on WhatsApp. Mark it Not paid for a credit customer and settle it later from Saved bills.
What it does for you
- Every line chemists need: medicine, manufacturer, batch, expiry, quantity, MRP, discount and amount.
- GST from MRP: MRP already includes GST, so the bill works out the taxable value, CGST and SGST from what the patient pays, with a tax summary by rate.
- Schedule drug checks: Schedule H, H1 and X lines need the doctor’s name, H1 and X need the batch, and the right note prints.
- Schedule H1 register: one tap downloads every H1 sale (date, patient, doctor, medicine, batch, quantity) as a spreadsheet file.
- Expiry guard: an expired line cannot be billed; near-expiry lines are flagged.
- Patient saves: the discount on MRP is shown on screen and on the bill, which patients like to see.

Guides
Questions people ask
Is this pharmacy billing free?
Yes. Making, saving, printing and sharing pharmacy bills is free, with no login and no limit. A small line at the bottom says where the bill was made.
Does it calculate GST from MRP?
Yes. Type the MRP and discount; the bill works out the taxable value and CGST/SGST inside the amount, with a tax summary by rate. See GST on medicines.
Can I record batch and expiry?
Yes, on every line, with the manufacturer. Expired medicines cannot be billed and near-expiry ones are flagged. See batch and expiry.
What about Schedule H and H1 medicines?
Mark the line with its schedule. The doctor’s name becomes required, the right note prints, and H1 sales can be downloaded as a register. See Schedule H and H1.
Can I print on a thermal printer?
Yes, choose "Thermal roll 80 mm" under Paper size. A5 is the default, and A4 is there too.
Can I give credit to regular patients?
Yes. Set the bill to Not paid. It shows as due in the free Nivesh Sahayak App, and you can mark it paid later from Saved bills.
Does it keep stock?
Not yet: this maker makes bills. Saved medicines with their MRP and schedule come back as suggestions every time.
Where are my bills kept?
